"our"). This Platform is operated by Future-Doctors and has been
created to provide information about our company, and writing services (
referred to hereinunder as the "Services") to our Services users and
visitors ("you," and/or "your"). Except as provided below,
this Privacy Policy describes and governs how we collect, use, share and
protect data collected from users of or visitors to the Platform.

INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY TO
US
We collect information from you (including, but not

such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of
our surveys, provide us with feedback, register for access to the Services, or

Future-Doctors collects personally identifiable
information from Users only when Users voluntarily provide it as part of the
registration process ("Registration Information") to create an
Account. Future-Doctors never automatically collects any information that
specifically identifies Users, such as their name, address, or e-mail address.
It is the User's choice or decision whether or not to
provide Registration Information to Future-Doctors, but such information is
required in order for Future-Doctors to
provide you with services - namely, access to and/or participation in Project,
to post Project description to Future-Doctors while we hire the best Writer
Services to get it done for you, and other features of the Website.
INFORMATION THAT IS PASSIVELY OR
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED
Device &
Usage Information:
When you interact with Future-Doctors
through the Services, we automatically receive and store certain information
from devices that you use to access the Services. This information is collected
passively using various technologies, and includes the type of internet browser
or mobile device you use, any website from which you have come to the Services,
your operating system, and may include location data through an IP address that
identifies the city and state where you logged into the Platform or your

Other Use of Personally Identifiable
Information
Future-Doctors may request and use personally
identifiable information from Users for purposes other than to open an Account.
For example, such requests may be made to enable Users to subscribe to a
newsletter, participate in surveys and promotions, receive technical support,
and invite friends to register with Future-Doctors.com.
Your personally identifiable information may be used
internally within Future-Doctors and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or
other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information in
conformance with our Privacy Policy. We require that such other businesses and
persons agree to comply with our Privacy Policy. For example, Future-Doctors may
use Your personally identifiable information internally to provide access to
You and process Your contributions to projects, to understand who uses the

Future-Doctors uses commercially reasonable physical,

Your personally identifiable information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant
the security of any information You provide to Future-Doctors and You do so at
Your own risk. Once We receive Your transmission of information, Future-Doctors
makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems.
However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not
be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical,
technical, or managerial safeguards.
Children's Privacy
Future-Doctors does not knowingly collect or maintain
personally identifiable information or non-personally identifiable information
on the Website from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website
is directed to persons under 13. If You are under 13 years of age, then please
do not use or access the Website at any time or in any manner. If Future-Doctors
learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of
age has been collected on the Website without verified parental consent, then Future-Doctors
will take appropriate steps to delete this information.
Special Note to International Users
The Website is hosted in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is
intended for and directed to Users locally and Internationally. If You are
accessing the Website from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with
laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure,
that differ from Saudi Arabian or international New York law, please be advised
that through Your continued access and use of Future-Doctors, which are
governed by the laws of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this Privacy Notice, and
our Terms of Service, you are transferring Your personally identifiable
information to Future-Doctors and You consent to that transfer.
Effective Date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 2020 and
will remain in effect unless changed. Future-Doctors reserves the right to
modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and such modifications shall be
effective immediately upon posting of the modified Privacy Policy on the
Website.

You have the right to request a copy of
the information we are processing about you.
Rectification.
You have the right to have incomplete
or inaccurate information that we process about you rectified.
Deletion. You have the right to request that we
delete information that we process about you, except we are not obliged to do

to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

من وقتٍ لآخر، قد نقوم بشراء عمل من الأعمال
التجارية (بيزنس) أو بيع أحد أعمالنا التجارية و قد يتم تحويل معلومات تحديد هويتك
كجزء من عملية البيع أو الشراء. سيتم معاملة معلومات تحديد الهوية المُنتقلة كجزء
من عملية البيع أو الشراء بناءً على سياسة الخصوصية هذه متى كانت
قابلة للتطبيق و مسموحًا بها.
معلومات غير كاشفة للهوية
المعلومات الغير كاشفة للهوية (المعلومات
التي لا تُحدد أي مستخدم بعينه) سيتم طلبها و استخدامها بواسطة أطباء المستقبل
لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمستخدمين و لتسويق تلك الخدمات.
أمن البيانات
يستخدم أطباء المستقبل
احتياطات مادية، إدارية، و تقنية معقولة تجاريًا للحفاظ على نزاهة و أمن معلومات
تحديد هويتك. إلا أننا ليس بمقدورنا تأكيد أو ضمان أمن أي معلومة تقوم بإمدادها
إلى أطباء المستقبل حيث أنك تقوم بذلك على مسئوليتك الشخصية. بمجرد استلامنا نقلك
للمعلومات، يقوم أطباء المستقبل ببذل الجهود التجارية المعقولة
للتأكد من أمن أنظمتنا. لكن، يرجى العلم أن هذا لا يُشكّل ضمانًا أن تلك المعلومات
لا يمكن الوصول إليها، الإفصاح عنها، تغييرها، أو تدميرها عن طريق خرق أيًا من
احتياطاتنا المادية، التقنية، و الإدارية.
خصوصية الأطفال
لا يتعمّد أطباء المستقبل جمع أو
الإحتفاظ بمعلومات تحديد الهوية أو غير كاشفة للهوية على الموقع الإلكتروني من
أشخاصٍ دون الثلاثة عشر (13) عامًا، و ليس هناك أي جزء من الموقع الإلكتروني موجّه
للأشخاص دون الثلاث عشر (13) ربيعًا. إن لم تبلغ الثالثة عشر (13) من عمرك بعد،
فبرجاء عدم استخدام أو الدخول على الموقع الإلكتروني في أي وقت و بأي شكل. إذا نمى
لعلم أطباء المستقبل أنه قد تم جمع معلومات تحديد الهوية لمن هم دون
الثالثة عشر (13) على الموقع الإلكتروني بدون موافقة موثّقة من الوالدين، فسيقوم أطباء
المستقبل بإتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لحذف هذه المعلومات.
ملحوظة خاصة للمستخدمين الدوليين
تم استضافة الموقع الإلكتروني
في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية و يُراد به و يتم توجيهه للمستخدمين المحليين و
الدوليين. إن كنت تصل إلى الموقع الإلكتروني من الإتحاد الأوروبي، آسيا، أو أي
منطقة أخرى بتنظيمات و قوانين تحكم عملية جمع البيانات الشخصية، الإستخدام، و
الإفصاح تختلف عن قوانين المملكة العربية السعودية أو قانون ولاية نيويورك الدولي،
فبرجاء العلم أنه من خلال اتصالك و استخدامك المتواصل لأطباء المستقبل،
الذي يخضع لأحكام المملكة العربية السعودية، فإن سياسة الخصوصية هذه
و أحكام الخدمات، فإنك تقوم بتحويل معلومات تحديد هويتك الشخصية إلى أطباء المستقبل
و أنك توافق و تسمح بذلك التحويل.
تاريخ النفاذ
سياسة الخصوصية هذه نافذة بدايةً من يوليو
2020 و تبقى سارية ما لم يطرأ عليها أي تغيير. يحتفظ أطباء المستقبل
بالحق في تعديل سياسة الخصوصية هذه في أي وقت، و تكون تلك التعديلات
نافذة فورًا بمجرد نشر سياسة الخصوصية المُعدّلة على الموقع الإلكتروني.
المستخدمون في أوروبا
الوصول - يحق لك طلب نسخة من المعلومات التي نقوم بمعالجتها
عنك.
التصحيح - لك الحق في تصحيح المعلومات الغير مكتملة أو الغير دقيقة
التي نقوم بمعالجتها عنك.
الحذف - يحق لك أن تطلب منا حذف معلوماتٍ نقوم بمعالجتها عنك،
باستثناء في حالة احتياجنا لإبقاء تلك البيانات للوفاء بإلتزامٍ قانوني أو لإنشاء،
ممارسة، أو الدفاع عن مطالباتٍ قانونية، فلا نكون مطالبين بجذف تلك المعلومات في
هذه الحالة.
التقييد - يحق لك تقييد معالجتنا لمعلوماتك حيث تظن أن تلك
البيانات غير دقيقة; أن عملية
المعالجة غير قانونية; أو أننا لم نعد في حاجة لمعالجة مثل تلك البيانات لسبب
ما بخلاف ما إذا كنا غير قادرين على حذف
البيانات المطلوب حذفها بسبب إلتزام قانوني أو غير قانوني أو لأنك لا ترغب في أن
نقوم بحذفها.
القابلية للنقل - يحق لك استصدار المعلومات التي نحفظها عنك في قالب
منظّم و إلكتروني، كما يحق لك لنقل تلك البيانات لمتحكم بيانات آخر متى كانت هذه
البيانات هي: (أ) معلوماتٍ قمتَ بإمدادنا بها، و (ب) إن كنا نقوم بمعالجة البيانات
بناءً على موافقتك فقط أو لإنشاء عقد معك.
الإعتراض - حيث أن الأساس القانوني لمعالجة بياناتك هو مصلحتنا
المشروعة، فإنه يحق لك الإعتراض على تلك المعالجة على أساسٍ يتعلق بموقفك الخاص.
سنلتزم بطلبك إلا إذا كان لنا مبرر قوي لعملية المعالجة يفوق مصلحتك، أو في حالة
احتياجنا لمواصلة معالجة البيانات لإنشاء، ممارسة، أو الدفاع عن مطالبة قانونية.
سحب الموافقة - إذا وافقت على معالجتنا لمعلوماتك، فيحق لك سحب
موافقتك في أي وقت و بدون أي رسوم. يشمل ذلك إذا أردت عدم استقبال رسائل التسويق.
يمكنك تقديم طلب لممارسة أيٌ من هذه الحقوق
فيما يتعلّق بمعلوماتك عن طريق إرسال الطلب لنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني عنوان
البريد المنصوص المذكورين في تبويب "التواصل مع أطباء المستقبل".
لأمنك و خصوصيتك، و بناءً على سلطتنا التقديرية، فقط نطلب منك تقديم إثباتات هويتك
قبل تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة. برجاء العلم أنه قد يستغرق الأمر مع أطباء المستقبل
فترة قد تصل إلى 30 يوم كحدٍ أقصى لتنفيذ طلباتك.
كما يحق لك التقدّم بشكوى بالهيئة المحلية
المختصة بحماية البيانات إذا كنت تعتقد أننا لم نلتزم بقوانين حماية البيانات
المطبقة. يوجد هنا قائمة بالهيئات المحلية المختصة بحماية البيانات في الدول
الأوروبية.
